REFUND POLICY: OVERVIEW

This refund policy notice discloses the refund practices for Cameron Ridge Photography at www.CameronRidgePhotos.com, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cameron Ridge Media at www.CameronRidgeMedia.com. This refund policy applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

REFUND POLICY: CAMERON RIDGE PHOTOGRAPHY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days after the deposit. If 5 days have passed since your deposit, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your event must be canceled within the acceptable timeframe noted in the contract, and all works must be returned. Items that are not available for a refund include:

  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products; and
  • Images, videos, other media, products, and/or edits to said items.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, cancellation of the contract within 5 days of deposit, and relinquishing any completed work to Cameron Ridge Photography. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, which is subject to Cameron Ridge Photography.

REFUND POLICY: ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF REQUEST

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUND POLICY: Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which Cameron Ridge Photography cannot control. This is between you (the client) and your financial institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

REFUND POLICY: Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return. Cameron Ridge Photography has no control over gifts and is not liable for incorrect gifts or inaccurate customizations as the customer accepts full liability for such purchase(s).
